PRACTICAL COMPLETION FOR INNOVATION QUARTER WESTMEAD STAGE ONE

With the assistance of Floth, Richard Crookes Constructions have achieved practical completion for stage one of Innovation Quarter Westmead, the first stage in a three-stage development including the integrated fitout of the Western Sydney University (WSU) MARCS (Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development) postgraduate research facility.

Floth were engaged to complete the design for the first stage, 11,000m2 A-grade commercial office, which includes underground carparking and ground floor retail.

This project is part of the ongoing collaboration between Charter Hall and WSU which started with the successful 1 Parramatta Square project. Floth were engaged by WSU and Charter Hall joint venture to undertake the base building design and integrated fitout design of the Innovation Quarter Westmead.

We are looking forward to working with Charter Hall on the forthcoming design and construction of the next two stages.
