Floth provides a range of ecologically sustainable development (ESD) services suitable for new projects, or retrofitting older buildings. We have the expertise in targeting NABERS or Green Star ratings, in implementing alternative sources of energy generation, and reducing a project’s carbon output.

Our green results speak for themselves. We acted as the ESD, mechanical and electrical consultant on Queensland’s first As-Built 6 Star Green Star building, Green Square North Tower. This building incorporates Australia’s first operational co-generation plant in a commercial office building which, along with other design initiatives, reduced the building’s carbon emissions by an astounding 73% compared to a 4 Star NABERS rated Queensland office building.
