Floth are extremely proud to have assisted Charter Hall, Lendlease, COX Architects and Robert Bird Group achieve practical completion status for the impressive first stage of the 555 Collins Street project.
With the combined efforts of our departments, Floth were able to successfully deliver the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, technology, sustainability, and acoustic services for the project.
555 Collins Street will consist of 84,000m² of premium grade technology enabled commercial office space delivered over two stages, including 2,300m² of ground floor retail featuring cafes and restaurants. The first stage was a 50,000m² commercial office tower over 34 levels.
The project is in a prominent position in Melbourne’s mid-town, and just so happens to be right across the road from our Floth Melbourne Office. Our Melbourne team were able to witness first-hand the construction of 555 Collins Street over the last few years.
