PROJECT
The Kings Square Fremantle Project consists of two PCA A grade commercial buildings accommodating more than 25,000m² of commercial and retail space, located in the heart of Fremantle.
SPECIAL ENGINEERING FEATURES
- Incorporated a high efficiency chilled water system and central plant Low Temperature VAV air distribution system for each building, providing necessary cooling capacity and air distribution to the commercial component of the building.
- Employed a rainwater collection system to service the building’s amenities, vacuum drainage system to suit the existing North Campus basement for the retail amenities.
- Combined fire services system for both buildings including sprinklers, evacuation alarm and hydrant and hose reel systems.
